That point at deuce--totally #1 on Top Plays on SportsCenter.
Oh my goodness, I love that Chris/John/PMac got to shake his hand as he climbed into his box.

Aw, well done, Andrew! (Although I was rooting for another set.)
It's nice to see the friendship between them.
Congratulations, UK! And especially Scotland!
And well done to the ESPN guys for not slipping and call it a win for England.

And well done to them for letting the moment happen without talking for a minute.
I wanna see the reaction to the win from Henman Hill and Tower Bridge.

Fantastic! I don't think he could have played much better. Such a great win.
As inappropriate as it would have been under normal circumstances, I was actually amused by those premature mid-point screams when people in the crowd thought wrongly that the point had been won. My mother used to do that when I played soccer as a kid.

I'm not a Murray fan, but I always like to see someone fulfill his potential when he's worked and struggled so hard for it. And he's such a great player, he really deserves this, and I'm glad to see it.
That said, go Delpo in Flushing Meadows! (That is, if Roger can't make a comeback)
Also, Ivan Lendl, now a British hero.

He should get a second cup just for getting Ivan to actually smile a little.

Heh, there are going to be a lot of unwashed hands in London tonight. . . he's shaking everybody's hands.
And he got Ivan his Wimbledon win! That was a great part of his speech.
This was a thoroughly enjoyable Wimbledon for me. There were moments this past year when I've wondered how I'd feel with Roger not in the 2nd week but it turns out I'm just fine.

Still disappointed it was only 3 sets, but damn it did have some quality, wild tennis. And, obviously good for Andy and big, big congratulations. He's always been the real deal, and now he has the credentials to prove it.
I also thought Djok was incredibly gracious, he's like a new man since semi-detaching from his family, and I like the new guy. Andy is also a nicer guy than he used to be, I think. And yes, that bit about finally getting Lendl his Wimbledon was sweet. Ah, maturity.

Can you imagine how confused he must have been when he woke up? I love this--all those happy people. The crowd went all the way through the walkways to see him on the balcony. Bravo again to ESPN for recognizing that we want to see that walk of fame. But I do wish they'd show the mixed final. eta: awwww, Andy Roddick was watching and tweeting. At least he still loves the game.

Why don't the ladies get their bags carried out for the final like the men?
