I'm looking at the statistics from the main pool and it's very fascinating on the men's side. It really shows how it's a three-man party.
Out of over ten thousand entries, here are the percentages for the semis: 90.5% picked Novak, 90.2% picked Roger, 85.8 picked Rafa. Of those who picked Rafa to the semis, 86.3% pick him to make the final.
No matter the configuration, however, the numbers for who wins the title: Novak 33%, Roger 31.7%, Rafa 28%.
While the most fascinating number about the WTA is the number of entries: over four thousand fewer than ATP.

Okay guys, clearly the brackets got away from me. Sorry. I've been distracted by that frigging job people keep expecting me to go to. Plus, the protracted first round threw me off a bit too. Anyway, enough with the excuses, let me do an abbreviated history of where we are. After the first two rounds, these were the standings:
Standings - ATP Place 1 mooncreek 2 falafaclese 3 Harry24 4 LT1 5 oopssorry
Standings - WTA Place 1 Harry24 2 LT1 3 falafaclese 4 Chocula
And after the 3rd round:
Standings - ATP Place 1 falafaclese 2 mooncreek 3 LT1 4 Harry24 5 oopssorry
Standings - WTA Place 1 Harry24 2 LT1 3 falafaclese 4 Chocula

4th Round standings:
Standings - ATP Place 1 mooncreek 2 falafaclese 3 LT1 4 Harry24 5 oopssorry 6 Chocula
Standings - WTA Place 1 Harry24 2 LT1 3 falafaclese 4 Chocula
Note: I had to repost these results because I accidentally erased them when I was posting the Quarterfinal results (don't even ask how I managed that).

Yeah, get outta my first place spot, moon! I'm in no mood to share. Although how I'm leading in the WTA when I picked Sharapova to WIN THE TOURNAMENT is anyone's guess.

Ha, harry! And I love the fact that I am not alone in my inability to figure out just how these brackets score. Doesn't matter - because I'm aiming for the wrap-around Grand Slam!

harry24 - if you think that's weird - I picked Serena to win and the highest I can finish is fourth!
I'd thrown my hands up about the WTA long ago. Let me enjoy the fact I picked all four men's semifinalists - and I actually still have a shot at finishing on the main page of the main bracket.

Very cool moon! Be sure to crow about it if you make it. It would be cool to have one of us finish that well!

After today's results, I am 19th in the main bracket and can finish in 3rd place overall with a Murray win on Sunday.

Pretty impressive, moon! Another reason to root a little more for Murray.
Semifinal standings:
Standings - ATP Place 1 mooncreek 2 LT1 3 falafaclese 3 Harry24 5 oopssorry 6 Chocula
Standings - WTA Place 1 Harry24 2 falafaclese 3 Chocula 4 LT1 5 mooncreek 6 oopssorry
I'm able to give the full standings here because this was the first time I was able to catch the standings before the end of the first match in the next round for obvious reasons.

That's really impressive, moon, although I'm sorry to say I'm rooting hard for you to drop in the standings.

What I have little comprehension of is how my end results will be affected by having chosen Roger to win it all.... Feels like Calculus.
