Double posting to say, Wow, Fed beat Djoker. I didn't even record it because I figured it would just be a depressing beat down.

It was actually glorious to watch if you're a Fed fan. If you're a Nole fan, you seriously have to wonder what the fuck Becker is doing. This is the type of match he was hired for and Novak was mentally gone after the minor rain delay. The number of times Roger serve-and-volleyed, only for Novak to miss the return was staggering.
I think it's safe to say that Dimitrov is starting to be a true threat. Roger Rasheed has done wonders with his fitness, in both a mental (as in the Gulbis match) and physical sense (the Murray match).

I am, but Friday is my last day. Sorry. And, yes, the re-sale that skyz suggests is the best way--but I don't know how it works for the Sony Open because it isn't ticketmaster, they direct you to the Sony Open website and I don't know their re-sale policy (since they currently have tickets for that day still for sale). I just buy my ticket the day of so I don't have to pay all the fees.

I just noticed that Stan and Roger are playing dubs at Indian Wells. If only we could see some of it. And they're playing the Indo-Pak Express in the first round. That sounds like so much fun.

Poor Delpo! I guess he had to retire. I knew he was supposed to play Feli today so I went to look at the scores online and saw Feli playing "the 6 seed" James Ward. You can imagine my confusion--I know I haven't been paying super-close attention but that didn't seem right. . . eta: man, I love the WatchESPN app. I have no TV access to these matches but I get to see Feli/Ward right now thanks to that app. OMG, this is brilliant. Yannick gets interviewed while watching Joakim play and he stops to watch and cheer his son. I'm not a basketball fan, but I love watching Joakim play.

I love it too. I was having trouble getting it to work on my tablet for a while but i finally found a fix, and it works like a char.
I have been using it on my computer too, so I can switch back and forth between the courts without having to be at the mercy of the TV broadcast.
Hmm, Masha out to Giorgi? I luckily was able to catch the highlights because I DVR'd it, and after some hiccups, Giorgi seemed to work through her nerves. The commentators were talking at one point about how Giorgi's father had borrowed money from investor that he hadn't paid back. I'm not sure what that means, but I always hate to hear about that kind of intrigue; especially when it involves a young player.

Watching the Rafa-Dolgopolov match, and Courier and Gimelstob are a match made in hell. They seem to want to out-pompous each other. Pompous isn't a good look on anyone, but it really sucks on former jocks.
OMG, Dolopolov won. Holy shit.

I had no idea! I wasn't even watching. No matter Dolgo's year, he seems to do well in the desert. I wonder if the dry heat helps his condition.

Wow, breezy, that's some story. They're grifters but they don't disappear into aliases to pull their con and still all these people can't get their money back.
I like to look at Order of Play and figure out what I would watch if I was there. You would not be able to pry me out of my seat at Court 2 if I was at Indian Wells today. There isn't one match I wouldn't love to see on that court today. But even in my daydreams I don't have court side seats on the main stadium so I'm not ignoring how great that lineup is, I just know I wouldn't bother with it from the up-top seats.

Wow, lt, that order of play is almost hilariously on target for you, huh?
Impressed with Raonic's poise in downing Murray in three. I'm delighted to see that Dolgopolov didn't walk-about following his great win against Rafa, and beat Fognini* today.
Is anyone else bugged by the announcers pronouncing Fognini like Foneenee and not Fonyeenee? It drives me nuts for some reason.

Wow, look at that. Tommy Haas is actually playing tennis is clothes that do not look like he picked them up from the floor of closet. I don't think I've ever seen Tommy looking dapper on court!

harry24 I can deal with Foneenee pronounciation as even I (who knows some Italian) may slip on "gn" when sayings words/names like that. Then again, hearing Fog-nini is so much worse (Gimeldouche, of course, but there's at least one other culprit). That is just ignorant as far as I'm concerned.
On that note, RAY-OWN-ITCH must end. American commentators know he's going to be pushed due to the crapshoot that is American men's tennis outside of Isner so learn Milos' name.
