Woohoo to Almagro! Not killing my bracket.

Molik clearly relies heavily on her forehand to finish off points, and yet appears to have no ability to run around her backhand.

Another slam; another ugly-ass, unflattering dress on Wozniacki. Doesn't she have any girlfriends? My best friend wouldn't let me lounge around the house in something that bad, let alone go out in public.
ETA and I'm no fashion plate.

My fandom of Almagro is continuing to grow. Although he has been a headcase may times during his career- he is starting to show some fighting tendencies.
He fought a lot at AO when he was playing with a broken wrist. And his cousin died on Saturday and reportedly he was quite upset but still managed to fight today in a five setter.

French of my balls. I haven't watched any FO yet. ARGH. Hoping I have the Murray-Gasquet somewhere on the DVR....
ETA that I have been, however, using the expression in conversation. Pretty fun!

Someone in that section Roddick's in is going to be an incredibly fortunate Round of 16 person. Roddick/Nieminen is up in the air now that Jarkko has gotten into the match while Monaco is one and done and no more Crazy Dani either.

Wow. Cannot decide between Roddick/Nieminen or Safina/Date Krumm. For now I think I'll go with Dinara because Kimiko is just the type of player to drive her bonkers.
French federation sure is biased, huh? Million-times winner on Lenglen while Roddick (the guy is not going to win in Paris) on Philippe Chatrier? Yeah, that makes sense.

Date Krumm is coming back. That's a nasty looking tape job on her leg though.
I am tired of listening to JMac's excuses about why Roddick sucks on clay.

So, without that creepy coach in the stands, who is Dinara yelling to? Is the injury a charley horse? She's doing all the stuff I do when I get them.

Those errors in the last game! Poor Dinara.

I'm so happy for Kimiko! I wouldn't wish Safina's performance on anyone but am glad that Date Krumm was the recipient.
I was surprised that Suarez Navarro was dismissed, sad but not shocked about Cornet and puzzled by Monaco's loss.

Oh man, I missed it, but I just saw the final score for Dinara/Kimiko. I like Kimiko, but I'm devastated. I knew this was a possibility, but deep down I didn't think it would happen. I really hope this is a product of Dinara's long layoff, because I still think she's great.

And poor Nieminen. Five sets and he double faults on match point. On to Rafa! Hmmm, think I'll stop off at Ferrer first.

Shallow alert.
I really like Rafa's color combination this year. It really pops against the clay. However, the green bag might be a bit much. I'm not sure how I feel about the shoes. I've missed Rafa in Paris.
His opponent isn't that bad to look at either.
