Star Trek episode they should have made: Joan Collins vs. The Borg. Actually, strike that. That shouldn't be an episode, it should be a frigging feature length movie.

YES. I was coming here to post the same thing. [/shallow] Fabio Fognini is one the prettiest players I've ever seen. Prettier than Feliciano, even. And Lopez looks like a girl, he's so pretty. He missed his true calling as a male model. And yes, Simone Bolelli is also quite a looker.

That's weird. I've seen Fognini play a few times and never found him very good-looking (Bolelli on the other hand. . . ). I'm switching over to that match so I can see if he's gotten better looking. First thing to note: how funny that two completely different companies created those same plaid shorts. Also funny that they are so baggy on lanky Monfils and skin-tight on Rafa. Nope, Fognini still has that big head/small body thing going on that isn't for me. However, beautiful eyes and nice cheekbones. Aha. I looked back through my pictures and have found out what is going on. He's getting better with age. Here he is in 2008: Since we were talking about this just a few days ago, here is the end of the Delpo/Murray detente. Later, it came out that JMDP apologized at the net and Andy accepted (and looked concerned at the same time): This match, btw, is one of my favorite match memories. It had rained and rained all afternoon so loads of people went home. When the QF started back up again it was really close to the night match so the USTA had guards go through the upper deck giving out courtside passes so they could get started cleaning up the seats. I saw the flash of a pink slip and ran to one of the guards and grabbed one of the last ones. So many people meandered down to the courtside level (I ran down the stairs and I never meander anywhere anyway) that I ended up in a first row seat.

Me too Fala. I watched the video of the interview and he seemed so sad. I don't follow Twitter so I don't know what he says there but he seems to have really lost his way.
The Italian boys! Second only, for me, to the Spanish boys. Oh hang on, they might come in behind the French boys (minus Gasquet) too but that's it.

I don't know what's with me today, but all of these matches are boring the crap out of me. I can't seem to muster any level of caring. Although the woman calling the Monfils match on DirecTV seems knowledgeable and not uber annoying. I like how she described Fognini's moods as something like mildly annoyed and neutral.
Shallow end. Maria's dress makes her waist and ass look enormous. Doesn't her team film test these outfits to see what they look like on her from behind as she moves? UGH.

I knew you'd understand me, f'clese! My sister and I always joke because she shares a birthday with Joan Collins and I share mine with Bette Davis (no, not the same year, people). Definitely suits our respective personalities.
Okay, is it really hot in here or is Chiudinelli goddamn pretty?
ETA poor Beetlejuice-headed Isner.

Uh...I muted the TV and decided to nap with Monfils up a double break in the 4th...wake up to Fognini breaking Monfils first game in the fifth. French of my balls indeed.

My attention was elsewhere for a while too. I wonder if there's something going on, or it's just his usual craziness. This is not good.

He does have a teeny-tiny head, huh?
For some reason I'm sticking with the Isner/Chiudinelli match even though I should switch over to Monfiles/Fognini.
Oops, my computer just froze. I'll take that as a sign I should switch.
I'm ignoring Murray/Chela completely right now.

I'm not watching the Fognini/Monfils match. I hope to see it when I get home. I've looked at a few pictures though. What's wrong with Fognini's eyebrow's? He looks different, sort of like Joan Crawford.

Back on serve. They'll have to stop this for darkness very soon.

Chela/Murray is a court full of ugly. I'll take Chiudinelli anyday.

Wow, the crowd in Monfils/Fognini is losing its mind.
