Finally, two match points for Isner, and well earned too. . .

Dear lord make it stop.
I wonder how that exertion will affect Isner.

This could be exciting but it's really not.
And Roger's lost the 2nd but will no doubt win in 4 sets.

I wonder how those guys are still standing. I'd need a wheelbarrow to carry me to my chair.

Taylor Dent has permanent stinkface, I like the trouble he's giving Djoker though . . .

Oh my, the people hanging off of the walkways to watch. Love it--and yeah, it's funny, they're not there to watch compelling tennis, they're there to watch a crazy four hour plus SET!
Isner is moving really slowly right now. I have no idea who I want to win. I like Isner and I like Mahut.

Uh oh, we may have another one: Kohlschreiber v Gabashvili tied 7-7.
What's in the water there today?

I like them both too. My enjoyment of Isner's game has recently improved since he improved his groundstrokes and volleys. I think I'm leaning toward him.

Kohlschreiber got the break.

I kept wondering why the commentators were saying that Isner had never won a match at Wimby when clearly this must be his second match here, then I remembered that this is a continuation from yesterday. Now I really want him to win.

Hmm, closeups of Mahut's face are not a pretty sight. It reminds of when I used to watch Wayne Ferreira, and I had to look away whenever there was a closeup.
Isner looks dead tired out there, while Mahut is still running around like a rabbit. Obviously, Mahut is in better shape. I don't see how Isner can win unless he starts ripping winners or Mahut chokes.

He's played at least three matches in the span of this one.

It's why I call him the alien. I love his face. The pointy chin, the sharp nose, the odd eyebrows. It's such a fascinating face.
btw: this match is making the internet rounds--I had a co-worker come over to find out what the hell was going on with this match he was hearing about.

I just laughed so hard that it scared my cat. Too true. Man, I just want this match over with. They've gotta know that whoever wins is just going to lose the next match, right?

I'd be totally playing to the crowd at this point. Yukking it up. Getting them to cheer for me. Snagging myself some late night talk show appearances.
