Whew, well that's phase 1 of a damn busy time ... Wimbly, Oly's and US all in the next 3 months! I know only the Oly's a-e ext-a but it's a big ext-a smack in the middle of the busiest tennis time. Fun.

It would be nice to see some new guys - the women swap and switch all the time, the men don't.

Do the Oly's feel as impo-tant to you as the Slams? They neve- will to me, but that's my age. Definitely if I'd g-own up with tennis always in the Oly's I'd feel diffe-ently, as the playe-s mostly do. I mean, I think they'-e a big deal, but just not on the level of like, Wimbledon.

Peeking out of hiding to say how happy I am that Rafa won. I've been in mourning since Serena lost. I was so certain that she'd make it to the finals that it shook my confidence to the core when she lost. I thought, if Serena can lose when I was CERTAIN she'd win, what does that say about Rafa's chances?

Anyway, for those of you who missed the hug or rather passionate embrace between Rafa and Pau Gasol, here's a pic.
