I like Nadal's pink shirt I just wish he'd ditch the yellow accents. Tiki- I hate to break it to you but in one of Nadal's interviews he commented that this outfit is his favorite to wear.

One of the things that I actually flurve about Nadal is his complete lack of fashion sense.
One of his best friends is Lopez and yet Rafa seems to have no idea about fashion where Lopez I imagine has fashion catalogues sent to him by boatlads. At least off court he has gotten over recycling the same striped shirt for every event as he did in 2005-6.
This outfit- not too keen on but don't hate. I think pink looks good on him and like that some guys from non-US countries don't give a whit about it being pink. I prefer it to his scuba gear outfit of the USO 2005 or 6. I hated that outfit so very, very much.
And pink is kinda big for the dudes in Spain- and Argentina.
Hating- the fact that court 3 is not on Direct TV. Urgh....

Man, and there I was trying to be nice for a change. I actually don't mind the pink, or pink on men in general, or even the yellow per se; it's the combination of the colors. Okay, I'll generously assume that Nadal is totally colorblind and leave it at that.
Hate: why is the picture on the Tennis Channel always so terrible and grainy? And why are they always fucking up their audio? It's like a high school AV club or something.

I am enraged every time I look at Corina Morariu. I actually don't think her commentary is so bad; its her appearance that is atrocious. Can someone explain to me why a grown thirtysomething woman and professional sports commentator is styled to look like a vaguely slutty teenager who was let loose in Contempo Casuals with her parents' credit card? Nothing but tacky, chunky jewelry, ridiculous shirts, frosty shiny gloss and day-old "walk of shame" heavy eyeliner. Is it her idea to look like one of those cougar women still hanging at the clubs way past their prime while covering a major sporting event? I don't get it. I wonder if she is trying to emphasize that she is younger than her colleagues or something with this terrible styling. She just looks completely silly and unprofessional and totally out of place with the other commentators. I don't think she needs to be in a suit and tie or anything, but she could look a hell of a lot more professional.
End of rant.

A general hate shout-out to cable TV. Which I feel I pay through the nose for - and still can't seem to catch any tennis ever. I'd be better off saving that money and trying to catch these tournaments live.

I just gotta say how much I hate Ted Robinson and his buggy bug eyes. He looks like he's some deranged killer, seriously drives me crazy to look at him. And his voice! His stupid comments and just everything about him is like nails on a chalkboard to me. Which is so weird because when I first started watching tennis I could stand him and now all he does is irritate me. He is worse than Mary Carillo for me and that's saying something. And he hardly ever shuts up! Hate, hate, hate him.
Just had to get this off my chest as I re-watch the men's final.
