Poor Cilic, losing in the first set. Does this mean that I won't see Goran in the stands?

I'm predicting some drama in the Ollie/Djokovic match.
(Come on Ollie, don't let me down)

My God, she looks completely mesmerized. He wouldn't go there, would he? Please no, it's too gross.

I know I'm really a minority on Verskanko - and I am totally not surprised. Maybe only that he's aiming above legal age...
I hoped for that Fed win as I rushed out the door at 2-0 fifth set. Had no idea about the other intense first-rounders. I think these seeded players have absorbed a bit too much of the World Cup of the Underdog going on and were ready to bring that to AELTC.
Hope the rest of the matches are as exciting - though perhaps not as nerve-wracking. Go V!

Fala - the negative vibes we are sending to Djoker are working! Ollie takes the first set!
I admit that I like looking at Verdasco's body but if he touched my daughter I'd probably take out a contract on him.

That's that wacky writer though right? She's crazy. But the cheek pinch! Hee.
Nah. I think he's moved on (over? down?) to the Kim Kardashians of the world.
I'm watching Hewitt/M. Gonzalez. Hewitt is down a set but up a break. It's 7:30 pm there and every court is packed. At least they're all on the last match of the day.
I was watching SportsCenter at the gym at lunch and I was very disappointed to see that Chris Fowler is working World Cup and not Wimbledon. *Sigh* I'll miss him.

Is that match as weird as the score? Rochus is up two breaks in the third. I dunno why I'm sticking with Hewitt--maybe because it's on in the background and every once in a while I hear a "C'MON!" and I know to look up.

I have to admit that I had Davydenko losing in the first round. Not because of health - he hates the grass and Anderson seemed due to finally make it over the hump. That said, I am happy he survived.
Now, ahem. What the hell did you tell your student, Goran? Yes, I know that Mayer (it was Florian not Leo, right?) is good on grass but IIRC, he is only an inch or two taller than Marin so it shouldn't have been an issue.
I woke up to Pam sitting on Henman Hill holding an empty bottle of wine. She claimed it was someone else's but... oh honey.
Go, Ollie!

Third set! Count it! One more to go.
ETA: Oop, the roof's closing! Why am I still getting excited over this?
There's play still going on on the outside courts, so it can't be raining, why are they closing the roof?

I think because it's getting dark (it's 9 pm there). They probably figured in between sets was better than waiting. So, Ana losing. There's a shock, except not at all. Good for Shahar.
Will the delay for the roof closing help Beaker get his head together? I, ahem, hope not.

I was out photographing and came on and turned on the TV and Roger was one tiebreak away from losing it in four! I stared at the TV in disbelief. But then I said to myself that maybe he will play a great tiebreaker and it just got better from there.
I'm glad he didn't lose concentration during that 6-0 last set. So I have to work for half a day tonight, will be catching up later.
