FU Djoker. Brat. Hate, full on. (I'm just allowing my ire at full blast for two days and then my break from tennis!)
You too, JMac. Why does he pick a person and then take the vantage point of coach??

This match is making me nervous. I can't watch a US Open final with Djokabitch in it. Please make him go away Federer.

After the loud cheering for Roger at 6-5 in the 3rd, I bet the person I'm that if Beaker won the first thing he'd say would be "i kow you were'ntrooting for me. . " She wouldn't take the bet.

This is proving to be more interesting than I had imagined. Djoko isn't fading.

Djoko-rents seem nervous. Who isn't, I guess. But I wish I felt as calm as they seem anxious....
And Anna Wintour left.

Just saw Wintour so maybe she just visited the loo when you saw her walk out.

Oh, not loving this at all .... yikes, c'mon Roger! And I actually don't mind Djokovic as so many(all?) of you do. Yeah I hate the family and the antics, but somehow he just doesn't bother me himself, and I do greatly admire his play. He's a damn good tennis player and I wouldn't even mind him winning another Slam, if, say Roger had gone out in the quarters like at the French and Wimby. But I don't like to see anybody, anytime, anywhere beat Roger.
Well it would make for a nerve-free final for me if it's Rafa-Djok, I'm not sure I'd have a strong bias there. I think Rafa is wonderful, great guy, awe-inspiring tennis ... but not so terrible for somebody to break up the Rafa-Roger monopoly on all the Slams for the last 6 years. I mean, since 2004 there have been only 3 Slams won by anybody else, and Marat is gone, DelPo injured - Djok is the most legit contender since Murray doesn't seem able to keep it together lately.
Oh well, if Roger does lose this match I'll try to take (cold) comfort in the fact that I think Rafa has it in the bag, totally, has from the beginning, unstoppable. So it's not like I actually believe Roger would win the tourny even if he's in the final.

Whew. you could tell that djokovic really wanted that seventh game. I'm glad Fed remained cool, especially since he was really rolling over his backhand. I was holding my breath dreading a backhand mishit.

This is called getting your money's worth, folks. Frankly, I don't think I've ever seen Djoko play this well and without any histrionics. Go figure!

You're right. Considering the huge cuts he's taking on the ball, Djoker is playing incredibly clean

My my my. I'd expected Djokovic to crumble like a bad pie crust, but he's hanging in there.
Looks like Djoko mom ditched the 70s sundress and opted for an even creepier soccer mom shirt.
This is so much more entertaining than I thought it would be. It also emphasizes the crapness of Super Saturday. The winner of this one will be dragging tomorrow.
