I'm really liking Tsonga's game. I hope he doesn't crash and burn...
Oh yes. I'm like: Move your legs! They're not tied together you know, regardless of Papa Bartoli's crazy tennis training techniques.
On a very shallow note, this has to be one of the most successful Serena dresses ever. It's cute, classy, has that hot pink horizontal thingy that makes the dress interesting, and it makes her look leaner. Good choice.

What a nice shot. I really enjoy five setters, even when I have no real interest in who wins.

Serena Williams gives the death glare. Maria's shrieks get louder when she's trying to put an opponent off. Henin screws Serena out of a point. It happens. It's not illegal. However, I think Radwanksa was just fine.
I'll figure out how to quote, I swear! Anyhoo, I agree with the above. You can't call Radwanksa on gamesmanship when others are doing things to disrupt matches and throw their opponents off.

Can someone explain what's going on with Rafa's knee(s)? They keep talking about laser treatments on his left knee but his right is wrapped to, so what's the issue with that one? I do realise of course that I've missed a lot of tennis news...

Anyways hope Hyung Taik Lee beats Davydenko.
Ferrer and Nalbandian math is intense right now.

Yeah, I hope they stick with it to its conclusion.
That was a poor game from Nalbandian.

I was glad that they showed a bit of the Nalby/Ferrer match and sad that either had to lose as I like my Dah-veeds. I am glad that the McEnroe bros brought it up- because Nalby is talent with little effort given and Ferrer is an example of someone who works hard and makes the most of his talent. That makes me a fan of his- because he is a very hard worker. I really do think if Nalby had Ferrer's work effort he would have a gs title.

Rafa has petalla tendonitis (also known as Jumper's Knee) in I believe both knees. It started in one during the Wimbledon final. He had severe pain in the other a few days before his first match at the USO. He's getting laser treatments 2-3 times each day with an Italian doctor named Parra. Apparently, Parra has this miracle laser machine that is said to be like having knee surgery without cutting open the body.
Tsonga gave up in that third set. Ah well. He has talent. Hopefully he'll get drive soon.
I'm thrilled for Ferrer, although I still want Rafa to make it through. Nalby Nalby Nalby. Was there something on TV you had to go watch? Wish I could have seen the entire match though.
I haven't been terribly impressed with the MacBros calling the matches. It's sort of meh.

Yeah, me too. But I'm always happy when the Roger Howarth look-alike wins. And getting to the 4th round is Ferrer's best showing at the Open to date. What was up with the woman handing Rafa the balls telling him where to hit them? I need to call him. My patella in the left knee has been killing me. . . Me neither. They were gabbing so much about Nadal over a key Nalbandian/Ferrer point (when Ferrer got his break point in the 11th game) that Macatee had to interrupt them.

Hee. I guess he should be kept out of the women's locker room. Aargh, I really wanted Ljubicic and Nalbandian to win. They have been having rough seasons. Oh well. It looks like Calleri is going to lose as well. Too bad since he's far hotter than Monaco. I can be incredibly shallow.
ETA: I was really excited for an all McEnroe call, but I agree it has been kind of boring. And I'm another person with patella problems. I doubt I could afford this Italian doctor.

I don't like Venus's dress (gleefully talking fashion). She has a gorgeous figure and the elastic or whatever at the bottom of the shirt is in a weird spot. Also Ivanovich is 6 feet? She doesn't look that tall. I wonder why?

Someone teach Ana how to volley, because it's getting comical.

Aargh, I really wanted Ljubicic and Nalbandian to win. They have been having rough seasons. Yeah, I was wondering what's up with those two. They were ranked 3 and 4 at last year's French. Venus is looking amazing right now. If she can maintain this level, she has to be the favorite to win the title. I can't see anyone (not even Serena) beating Venus in this form.
